After years on the road, the cycle finally broke me in India: a profound wave of anxiety and isolation after saying goodbye to another two friends I'd shared a magical time with. If you've ever backpacked... you know the feeling.
That moment revealed the truth: the greatest obstacle to an amazing trip is how our bodies and minds react to the stress of travel. I saw countless travelers lose precious days being too exhausted or sniffly for that bucket-list hike.
I never wanted anyone to feel as low as I did during what should be some of the most exciting moments of their lives.
So, we spent 18 months researching, consulting with wellness experts, and testing our formula across 5 countries. Co-Pilot is the result: one formula engineered to support the 9 core health needs essential for a truly unforgettable journey.
